How Wolftac Digital handles cookies, analytics data, and information submitted through this site.
Who we are
Wolftac Digital is an AI product studio and automation operator. The principal is Jonathan Morales. You can reach us at info@wolftacdigital.com. This policy covers the wolftacdigital.com website only; client engagements have separate, contract-specific data terms.
What we collect
We keep the data we collect through this site deliberately small.
- Contact submissions. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use this only to respond.
- Analytics (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read, what devices people use, and which referrers brought them here. IP addresses are anonymized before processing. We do not run Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, advertising pixels, or any re-targeting tags on this site.
- Server logs. Vercel (our hosting provider) keeps short-lived request logs for security and reliability.
- Client portal accounts and project records. For invited clients, we process account identity, organization membership, project status, milestones, project updates, and links to client-approved resources. Portal pages do not load our public analytics, consent banner, or sales chat.
- Operational email. We send invitation and project update notices to authorized client members. Notification emails contain a secure dashboard link rather than the full project update or shared resource URLs.
Cookies and Consent Mode
By default, no analytics cookies are set. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied state until you make a choice. Our consent banner is provided by Cookiebot, a Google-certified consent management platform.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking Privacy settings here or in the site footer. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it.
Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing is:
- Consent for analytics cookies.
- Legitimate interest for responding to inbound email and keeping the site secure.
- Contract performance and legitimate interest for providing the client portal, maintaining project records, and sending operational project notifications.
Data processors
We rely on a small set of third parties to run the site:
- Vercel — hosting and CDN.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, under Google's standard Data Processing Terms.
- Cookiebot (Cybot A/S) — consent banner.
- Supabase — invited-user authentication and tenant-isolated client project data.
- Resend — client invitation and project-update email delivery.
These processors may transfer data outside the EEA. Google and Cookiebot rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@wolftacdigital.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention
Email conversations are kept for as long as the engagement (or potential engagement) is active, plus a reasonable records period. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, the GA4 minimum, and then aggregated.
Client portal accounts, memberships, and project records are retained while the engagement is active and for a reasonable contractual, security, and records period afterward. Access can be disabled immediately without deleting required business records. Clients may request access, correction, export, or deletion subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Changes
We'll update this page if we change anything material. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
