How Wolftac Digital handles cookies, analytics data, and information submitted through this site.
Who we are
Wolftac Digital is an AI product studio and automation operator. The principal is Jonathan Morales. You can reach us at jonathan@wolftacdigital.com. This policy covers the wolftacdigital.com website only; client engagements have separate, contract-specific data terms.
What we collect
We keep the data we collect through this site deliberately small.
- Contact submissions. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use this only to respond.
- Analytics (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read, what devices people use, and which referrers brought them here. IP addresses are anonymized before processing. We do not run Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, advertising pixels, or any re-targeting tags on this site.
- Server logs. Vercel (our hosting provider) keeps short-lived request logs for security and reliability.
Cookies and Consent Mode
By default, no analytics cookies are set. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied state until you make a choice. Our consent banner is provided by Cookiebot, a Google-certified consent management platform.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking Privacy settings here or in the site footer. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it.
Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing is:
- Consent for analytics cookies.
- Legitimate interest for responding to inbound email and keeping the site secure.
Data processors
We rely on a small set of third parties to run the site:
- Vercel — hosting and CDN.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, under Google's standard Data Processing Terms.
- Cookiebot (Cybot A/S) — consent banner.
These processors may transfer data outside the EEA. Google and Cookiebot rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email jonathan@wolftacdigital.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention
Email conversations are kept for as long as the engagement (or potential engagement) is active, plus a reasonable records period. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, the GA4 minimum, and then aggregated.
Changes
We'll update this page if we change anything material. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
