Common briefing questions.

01 What should I include in the brief?

A useful brief explains what the business does today, where the friction is, what good would look like, and any systems already involved. Two or three clear paragraphs are enough to start.

02 How quickly will you respond?

We respond within one business day. If the project looks like a fit, the next step is usually a short strategy call to map the constraint, the likely path, and the best starting engagement.

03 What kinds of projects are a fit?

Wolftac is built for brand identity, production websites, automation systems, AI products, business applications, and revenue infrastructure. The common thread is leverage: clearer operations, faster execution, and systems that compound over time.

04 What does it usually cost?

Most starting points are published on the services page: audits start at $500, focused automation work starts at $1,500, brand systems and AI product sprints start at $3,000, and production website or business application builds start at $5,000. Ongoing operator retainers start at $1,000 per month. Final scope depends on complexity, integrations, content, timeline, and how much infrastructure already exists.

05 How long does a project take?

A focused audit or sprint can move quickly, often in days or a few weeks once access and decisions are in place. Full brand, website, application, AI product, or revenue infrastructure builds usually need a more deliberate timeline because the work includes strategy, architecture, design, implementation, testing, and handoff.

06 Can we start small before a full build?

Yes. Many engagements start with an audit, strategy sprint, or a focused workflow fix before moving into a larger brand, web, automation, AI, application, or revenue infrastructure build.

07 Do we need a full rebuild?

Not always. Sometimes the highest-leverage move is one workflow, one dashboard, one automation, one landing system, or one revenue bottleneck. The strategy call is meant to separate what actually needs rebuilding from what simply needs a sharper operating layer around it.

08 Do you work with existing tools?

Yes. We usually build around the stack already running the business, then add the missing architecture, automations, interfaces, and reporting layers needed to make the system easier to operate.

09 Who owns the work after it ships?

You do. The goal is not to trap the business inside a mystery system. We document the build, hand off access, explain the operating logic, and structure the work so your team can understand what was built and how to keep using it.

10 Can you help after launch?

Yes. Some clients move into an operator retainer after the first build. That can include optimization, new features, workflow expansion, reporting improvements, automation tuning, AI integrations, and strategic guidance on what to build next.

11 Do you work with teams outside Texas or the U.S.?

Yes. Wolftac can work remotely with teams wherever the operating constraint is clear, the decision makers are accessible, and the project has enough business value to justify a high-caliber systems build.

12 What happens on the strategy call?

The call is a working briefing, not a sales presentation. We clarify the operational constraint, identify the highest-leverage first move, and decide whether the right path is an audit, sprint, build, or retainer.

Strategy call

A 45-minute briefing. You describe the operating constraint; we map the shortest path from where the operation is today to where it actually needs to run. No slide deck.
